Hi, I’m Amanda Joy — founder of Joyful Process Consulting.

For over a decade, I worked inside multi-million-dollar corporations in Administrative Operations and Accounting.


From the outside, everything looked powerful and polished — but behind the scenes, it was chaos.

No documentation. No consistent onboarding.


Each person in the same role doing things differently — creating stress, confusion, and costly mistakes.

With my accounting background and Six Sigma Training, I couldn’t ignore the inefficiencies. But what struck me most wasn’t just the wasted time — it was how much it drained people.


Teams were frustrated, leaders were exhausted, and new hires felt lost before they even started.

That’s where I found my passion: creating clarity.

I streamlined accounts payable workflows, built onboarding systems that eliminated endless email chains, and documented step-by-step processes so anyone — new or seasoned — could get the job done right the first time.

Now, I help small to medium sized businesses and growing teams do the same — designing calm, repeatable systems that make growth sustainable and workdays lighter.
